George Joseph Ranalli (1946- ) is an American modernist architect, industrial designer, curator, and forensic skillful. A native of the Bronx, New York of Italian descent, he began his career as a jazz drummer before embarking upon an architecture education. Educated at Pratt Institute Schoolhouse of Architecture (B.Arch '72) and Harvard University Graduate School of Design (M.Arch '74). For forty+ years, he has accrued experience, qualifications, honors, and awards for commercial, civic, residential and landscape architecture projects and contributions to advance both the innovations and traditions of the discipline of architecture.

He is founding main-in-charge of George Ranalli Architect, established in 1977—a full-service architecture business specializing in architectural design at every scope and scale, attuned to history and setting,  His designs – recognized every bit works of art in their own right – are exhibited and nerveless, worldwide, by cultural institutions such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art, U.S. Library of Congress, and Canadian Centre for Architecture.
